HS Jr's & Sr's Discipleship Training Program

Flight Training is an intense, invitation-only discipleship program during the school year for local high school juniors and seniors who want to go deeper in their walk with God and want to life this life to the fullest for the glory of God. Together we strive to become a community of people who passionately follow in the way of Jesus, consistently practice spiritual disciplines, are spiritual leaders on our campuses, intentionally invest in others, walk in the power of the Holy Spirit, dig into our Jewish roots, pursue our individual callings and giftings, and live out true Christian community.

ROOTED SOPHOMORES

HS Sophomore Discipleship Training Program

An intense discipleship program during the school year for local high school sophomores. The purpose of this program is to provide an environment that will help sophs to become more rooted in the basics of their Christian faith. RM believes soph year is a vital spiritual crossroads: transitioning to high school, getting a driver’s license, first real job, allowed to go on dates alone, etc. With all this newfound freedom, students are put in positions where they have to really own their faith, apart from their parent’s. So during this critical time, Rooted wants to invest in a core group of student leaders and make sure they put down deep spiritual roots to be able to stand the trials that come their way.

RS main focuses on deepening the participants knowledge of Scripture and 2 core spiritual disciplines: Scripture Memory and Prayer. We are interdenominational, which makes it a great opportunity to unite with believers across church lines.
